Has anyone had problems with this not popping up? Just installed it, definitely has power but won’t pop up

the touch sensor is some what temperamental or at least the one i have is. it does work and we find it works better if your hands are warm and you stroke the on button rather than just tap

I am really pleased with this extractor, the extraction is very powerful I can cook without the smells staying in the kitchen and it hasn’t let us down. Looks good - fantastic value.

I've read that it is not suitable with gas hob. Is this the case?

Yes this has only been tested with Ceramic Hobs so we cannot certify it as suitable with a Gas cooker.
