I bought these last year to start my tomato seeds. In no time at all, there were shoots coming out of the top and roots showing soon afterwards! I then purchased another bag of them for cuttings and beans, Runner /Kidney and also Broad Beans. Within less than a week the beans had sprouted and roots were showing ! I managed to start cuttings in these plugs from plants that are generally picky and difficult to root, with no problem at all. Every single one was a success, that's 100 plugs folks ! Every one a winner. I will certainly be buying these again this year to start my tomatoes and beans on my kitchen window ledge and in my conservatory. This will guarantee an amazing crop as they did last year! I can and do, highly recommend them and cannot understand how some people say they '' did not get on with them at all ! So simple , compact, clean and amazingly efficient. ps. I did use the rooting gell also, when starting cuttings, just in case.

Brilliant little cubes of plant goodness. Truly improves the success rate of germination. I've been using them for years and have tried out the competition, but in my opinion, nothing else comes close. If it's not broken, don't try to fix it.

I love RootRiot cubes. Absolutely great for seeds and clones. They come nice and moist, they’ll stay that way for around 2 weeks and then only need soaking every week till your plants are nice and strong.

This is a very very good product but occassionally it dries out. One limitation of this is that you really need strong roots coming out of it before you plant these into soil else they dry out.Guess I am just being finicky. This is a very very good product.

Excellent. Easy to use. Seedlings form an excellent root system. By far the best I have used.
