Installation was very simple and the wiring guide was thorough. Pairing is exceptionally easy as well, and it automatically updated the firmware upon pairing.The touch buttons are good and sensitive, and the response time on the switches are immediate. Honestly I'm never going to use the app: I put it on Alexa and never open the app again. Only a few things made me give this 4 stars instead of 5:1. The app has a bit of... Well, it's a Chinese product, and the app was translated from Mandarin, so there's a bit of funny English.2. The product is sold in the US, but the screws to hold the plate to the gang box are metric, while the box (as most in the US would be) have slightly smaller Imperial screws, so I had to replace the screws.3. No clear instructions on removing the faceplate. I know it seems like a no-brainer, but I wanted to make sure I wasn't going to break it. A clear picture in the guide should explain this. ### ⭐⭐ Ok, but not happy with HiOrange *by R***R on Reviewed in the United States on June 21, 2018* Update - found out you can name the switches in the SmartLife app. Then your Echo device can control them separately. However my Echo device keeps losing track of one of the names so it has to be updated once in a while.Note the company never responded to my request for help. Bumped to two stars but no more since High Orange never responded.------------------ I purchased the "two switches on one gang" model. Relatively easy to install but the instructions are lacking. Two major complaints:1) Alexa can't control the two switches separately, or at least I can't figure out how to do so. The instructions don't cover that. The Alexa app and voice command can turn both switches on/off together but not separately. The SmartLife app can. Frustrating because the last FAQ entry asks the question: Can I turn on/off one switch in the " two-switches on 1 gang" separately by using Alexa ?And the HiOrange answer: Yes,of course2) I emailed the company and four days later am still waiting for a response.Will be returning the switch. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Overall good product *by L***W on Reviewed in the United States on August 20, 2018* Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Installing actually went very well. Basic Electrical knowledge highly recommended, otherwise have done by knowledgeable person. Setup through Smartlife app was mostly successful, My only issue has been that I'm unable to rename the individual Switches on Smartlife. The Switch itself was easy to rename, And I was able to rename in the Alexa app. However it's an issue with me. (Update, I finally got the Smartlife app to change the switch name, but it took a long time. the area you have to tap is so small that it took tapping the screen 10 minutes to finally hit the right spot. Multiply that by 4 for the other 3 switch buttons to be renamed) knowing where to tap doesn't help. Trial and error.
