Review: Works well - Worked well just like the original one Review: 2000 Jeep TJ - 2000 Jeep TJ: Just bought and received, took abt 10 mins or so to replace and install, hardest part is the angle. It’s an exact fit, only thing that stump me at first was I got an extra clear knob switched ( it’s clear and attached in pictures) I didn’t need it, I was able to attach the new black box onto the switcher and it worked flawlessly, able to switch back and forward to control all aspect of my HVAC and to feet/face/defroster. Pictures are attached Additionally my blend door is located to the right underneath the dash of the passenger side ## Features - Direct replacement for a proper fit every time - Recommended for replacement during blend door replacement - High quality plastic housing and motor/circuit board included - Dorman's quality testing ensures year after year of trouble-free service ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | Manufacturer | Dorman - OE Solutions | | Brand | Dorman | | Model | 604-020 | | Product Dimensions | 7.62 x 9.14 x 10.16 cm; 68.04 g | | Item model number | 604-020 | | Manufacturer Part Number | 604-020 | | OEM Part Number | ADS139; APBDA0004; F04055; SK604020; 5013741AA; 5170954AA | | Position | Center | | Assembly Required | No | | Manufacturer | Dorman - OE Solutions | | Country of Origin | USA | | Item Weight | 68 g | ## Images ![Dorman 604-020 Air Door Actuator - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81jWeifngnL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works well *by R***Z on 23 November 2020* Worked well just like the original one ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 2000 Jeep TJ *by C***A on 2 June 2026* 2000 Jeep TJ: Just bought and received, took abt 10 mins or so to replace and install, hardest part is the angle. It functions properly after a bit of tweaking. It didn't line up with the door shaft properly. The door would bottom out before the full travel was reached on the motor, causing the plastic gears to skip. The correction was to elongate the mounting holes to be able to rotate the motor slightly. The construction is cheaper than the original so let's see how long it lasts. I expected more from a Dorman part. ## Frequently Bought Together - Dorman 604-020 HVAC Blend Door Actuator Compatible with Select Jeep Models - ECCPP for Jeep HVAC Plastic Heater Blower Motor w/Fan Cage Fit for 1997-2001 for Jeep Cherokee/ 1997-2001 for Jeep Wrangler - HVAC Climate Control Panel for Jeep Wrangler TJ 1999-2004 Heater Selector Control Switch, Climate Heater Panel Air Conditioning Control Unit, HS-373 55037473AB --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.ph/products/660099784-dorman-604-020-air-door-actuator](https://www.desertcart.ph/products/660099784-dorman-604-020-air-door-actuator) --- *Product available on Desertcart Philippines* *Store origin: PH* *Last updated: 2026-11-07*
