I am NOT SURE if these are Organic Dandelion Roots or NOT But
🚨 VERY SERIOUS WARNING – DO NOT BUY OR USE THIS PRODUCT YET! Stop and wait until the seller gives a full, clear, and honest explanation of exactly what this is. This product is NOT normal dried dandelion root (raw or roasted). It looks, feels, and behaves in very strange and concerning ways. Here are the major red flags everyone has noticed: Extremely shiny and oily appearance 1. The root pieces look very glossy and shiny, almost like they were deep-fried or coated with oil/fat. Normal dandelion root is always dry, dull (matte), and rough — never oily or reflective like this. Dark red color all the way through The outside of every piece is dark red. 2. When you gently squeeze and break the pieces with your fingers (they snap very easily into small bits), the inside is exactly the same dark red color — no difference at all, even on the fresh broken surfaces. → Real dandelion root is usually tan/light brown on the outside, but creamy white, pale beige, or off-white inside. The inside should never be dark red. 3. Very light / weak taste + dark red water when brewed Even though the pieces are dark red, the taste is surprisingly very light (almost no strong dandelion flavor). When cooked or steeped in water, the water turns a strong dark red color very quickly. → Normal roasted dandelion root makes a rich, coffee-like brown tea with a noticeable bitter/earthy taste. It never produces a deep red color like this. A dark red brew like this is not typical for dandelion at all (it looks more like something else entirely). For comparison, real dandelion "coffee/tea" is always brownish, never dark red:(No direct match for dandelion, but dark red infusions usually come from other plants like hibiscus — not dandelion roots.)

Easy to incorporate into tea routine
I grabbed this bag because I wanted something simple and natural to add to my daily tea routine, and this stuff turned out better than I expected. The pieces are cut and sifted nicely, so they brew evenly without a bunch of dust floating around. The flavor is earthy in a clean way, not bitter or weird like some roots can be. It tastes solid on its own, and it mixes well with other herbs too. What I really like is how fresh it smells every time I open the bag. You can tell it is not old or stale, and the quality feels consistent all the way through. The big one pound bag is great because it lasts a long time and feels like a good deal for the price. If you want an easy, organic dandelion root for tea or homemade blends, this one is honestly a good pick.

Ordering this item for the first time to make tea from it. The dried roots make great tea and the taste of the tea is pretty good actually (didn't know what to expect). I purchased this item for some personal health choices and I am totally satisfied with the product. I also use the roots after I have made the tea to eat, adding olive oil and lemon to them for a hearty, fibrous snack.
