Perfect for Our Miniature Dachshund Puppy! Comfortable, Secure, and So Easy to Use!
The YUDODO Pet Sling Carrier has been absolutely perfect for our miniature dachshund puppy. The soft, breathable mesh keeps him comfortable and cool, and the sling gives him the cozy, secure feeling he loves. The adjustable strap makes it easy to get the right fit, and the reflective strip is a great safety feature for nighttime walks. The built-in safety hook gives me peace of mind, especially with a curious little dachshund who likes to wiggle. I also love the large zippered pocket, it fits treats, waste bags, my phone, and keys with no problem. He settles right in and often falls asleep while we’re walking or shopping. If you have a small dog, especially a tiny dachshund puppy, this carrier is a game changer. Comfortable, convenient, and very well made. Highly recommended!

Great bag for small dog
This bag is well made and the 3.0 version has a stiff removable lining in the bottom that did provide good support for my yorkie. My dog is about 8lbs so I ordered a Med. The bag is basically the same size as him, so it made for a fairly snug fit. While he was comfy in it, I decided I want something with a bit more room so I'm going to return it, I think a large would have been perfect but I really wanted the 3.0 version which wasn't available in that size. I do really recommend that version since the hard bottom provides a lot of support.

Excellent Dog Carrier
Use: I have a 16 year old Chihuahua that has trouble making the longer walks that my younger dog and I make. I usually end up carrying him about half way through. This makes it difficult to handle my larger dog, so I started to look around for options for my little guy. I found this and thought I'd give it a try. I purchased the used-like new. Pros/Cons: Pros: - Cost: I was a little skeptical buying the used-like new (this was my first experience doing so), but I am very glad I did. I spent about $2 less than the sale price of $19. The price is great for the quality of product - Quality: The carrier I purchased looked brand new without the packaging. The carrier seems very durable, the stitching looks like it is well done, the buckle operated easily, and the material seems like it is good quality material. - Ease of use: This is easy to use. You unzip the pouch, put your dog in, zip it up, pull the pull string to a tightness that is comfortable for your dog, and, if you wish, attach their collar to a clip on the carrier. Cons: - Size: My dog just barely fit in the small. He's a little tall for the pouch, but still fit. If he lays down, he doesn't seem as crowded, but getting him in while standing would not allow me to fully zip up the pouch. If you pet is on the higher end of the recommended weight, you may consider going to the next size up. You may also consider this if your pet is on the taller side as well. Summary: Overall, I am more than happy with the purchase. Again, I purchased the used-like new one, but it really does look like it was new out of box. The quality seems excellent, the price was very cheap, and the ease of use is on the very easy side. I was a little disappointed on the size, but overall it will work with my dog, so as long as he is happy, I am happy. This is one I would recommend.

Puppies absolutely love it! It’s like a dog den!
Oh my gosh the best carrier EVER!! Because of the harder bottom the puppy feels so secure and can pull herself in and out of it up to her neck or just cuddle down at the bottom. There are several mechanisms to strap her in and keep her from jumping out but man it’s like a dog den, they adore it and don’t want to get out. Oh and getting them in and out is a breeze!! I am so so impressed!!

Reliable, sturdy, great for small dogs
I used this almost daily with my 6 lbs chihuahua - there is a sturdy material inside so she could comfortably sit with her head peeking out. She loved chilling in the bag and being toted around. Please be VERY careful there is a drawstring to make the opening smaller and there is a very real danger of it asphyxiating your dog. I was careful not to close it too much and keep an eye on her. I wish they made the strings smaller to prevent this.

Most versatile carrying bag for all seasons.
I bought this bag for my little 5 pound chichi. It is really a terrific bag. I love the adjustable strap and the shape is sturdy. The mesh is nice since it is still summer which keeps the horseflies off of him and he can stay cool at the same time. It also has nice safety features such as an attached mini leash inside and adjustable head hole. He sometimes gets excited before we get to the park and wants to jump out before I can blink! Here is the best part I didn’t know about until I emailed the seller: I couldn’t figure out what the mini pouch and elastic straps were underneath the base pad. Here is what they are for: the elastic band at the bottom is a hidden pocket where you can put a cooling patch or a hot compress bag to achieve the effect of cooling or keeping warm. This is why I gave it 5 stars!

Comfortable, Secure, and Perfect for Small Dogs on the Go
My 8-lb Havamaltipoo feels surprisingly calm and comfortable in this YUDODO sling carrier. She settles in right away, and it’s perfect for air travel, errands, or anytime I want to keep her close without using a bulky backpack-style carrier. The sling itself is soft, lightweight, and comfortable for both me and my dog. I really appreciate the zipper design for safety, though personally I would have preferred a thick Velcro strap for even easier access. The adjustable belt takes a little getting used to, but once it’s set, it holds very securely. The built-in strap fastener is a great detail—it lets my dog poke her head out while still keeping her body safely inside the sling. The extra pockets are also extremely handy: I can fit my phone, keys, wallet, and small treats with no problem. There’s even a ring and strap attachment for hanging waste bags or other accessories. For around $22, the quality and thoughtfulness of the design exceeded my expectations. Great value, great comfort, and a fantastic choice for small dogs or cats who like to stay close. My only complaint is the product name Yudodo…. You guys need to rebrand Yudodo to something marketable like, so here are some ideas for you: PupNest Sling, SnuggleStrap Carrier, CozyPaws Sling, PupPouch Air, MellowMutt Carrier, CarryCub Sling, or PocketPup Carrier

Not Weenie Dog Approved - Size Large
Seemed fairly well made all in all, but before we even get in to the fit issues know that thing is HOT to wear, and hot to be stuffed inside of. My poor dog was panting with in 15 minutes in the house, not out in the sun. Only that little top gray area is mesh for air flow, the rest is thick padded fabric, and what you might call vinyl, or fake leather. About the fit - if I could engineer a carrier for a dachshund I'd make bank on fellow doxie owners for sure. This is my 2nd carrier return, they just are not made for dogs with extra long backs, and extra short legs, bless their pointy hearts. The problem with this one is - well, many things - but basically his little short legs couldn't hold him up high enough for his head to be out of the hole, so the weight of his front end was supported by his throat, not his feet, even with the draw string extended and open. His little legs were bent up weird underneath despite me trying to readjust him many times, you can see by the shape of the bag a lot of dogs might have this issue, where do the front legs fit? The general shape forces the front legs to be un-naturally pushed backwards. You can see how short his legs are and why he could not hold himself high enough to be comfortable out the hole. You can also see how big this Size Large is on me, I'm 5ft 2 in tall. Dog weighs about 14 lbs. Even so the length was just barely, and not really, long enough to accommodate the dog. The bag was huge to wear and when I cinched the strap up short enough to fit me, it wadded up behind me and was really uncomfortable pushing in to my skin on my shoulder blade. Even pretending the bag worked, that little pocket on the strap is not big enough to hold most phones, it's really small. You've got no place to carry your wallet or phone so you'd have to carry a purse with this or something else for that. I really wanted to like this, I'm searching high and low for a carrier that will fit my poor dog comfortably for vacation this summer, but alas, I will return it and keep looking.
