Luckily, I read the attached instructions before using the umbrella. I followed them but had no luck with the AUTO mode described. It didn’t work for long press until the canopy opens, and then press to close. Nothing happened. I had to close it manually, like any other auto-open umbrella.If you buy this umbrella, don’t buy it for an auto-open-close mode. The handle has this very cute and very visible design of a duck head. It is ok to hold it, not uncomfortable. To hang it, or to make sure it doesn’t blow from your hands in strong wind, use the strap. They do warn you that this umbrella will not handle super strong winds, which I expect because most of my other umbrellas will flip as well.I was looking for sun protection as well, and they have it – the black internal is UV protection, the outer red layer is for the specific looks.

This umbrella is totally adorable. Opens and closes very easily. Fits back into its protection bag easily even after use. Seems quite durable as well.

Such a cute umbrella! I’ve needed an umbrella for quite a while, and saw this duck umbrella and decided this is the one.The construction is very solid. The push button on the handle releases the umbrella quickly. The structure and material of the umbrella itself is thick and sturdy.I like that it comes with a sleeve to store the umbrella in, as well as a nylon wrist strap on the handle.The little duck head is adorable and adds to the overall look of the umbrella.I expected it to be a little more compact in length, but it’s still smaller than a full-size umbrella and can easily go into a backpack or large purse or computer bag.

I love this cute umbrella, it is good quality and the compact size makes it great for the car, or anywhere on the go. The duck handle is by far the best part. I would recommend

I recently left behind my favorite umbrella. Since it’s not practical to get it back, it was time to get a new one. The ViddVoom duck umbrella felt like a fun choice. The umbrella fabric is double lined with red on the outside and black on the inside. All my other umbrellas are one layer.The umbrella open using the small black button on the handle. While the duck head is cute, it does make the grip a little awkward when you actually want to use the umbrella. That is mostly because of the odd place where they added a leash, right where you want to grip the umbrella. A better spot would have been at the top, back of the duck’s head. Closing the umbrella is manual, but that’s not a problem.Overall it seems like a good umbrella but the leash placement needs to be changed to be completely practical.

Love this umbrella! It's really high quality, much higher quality than anticipated, especially the duck head, which is adorable. It's large - you wouldn't be able to fit it inside a compact purse, or maybe any purse that wasn't a super large tote, but it's great to use when running outside the house or maybe kept in the car to run into the store. Absolutely love the duck head, and I got it in red, which is bright and cheery.

This is a small diameter fold-up umbrella with a wooden duck head handle.I like the colors. The combination of a classic rain slicker yellow with a black underside is great. It really makes the duck head part of the design.This will be an emergency in-car umbrella. Why? It’s small. Smaller than a bigger person can use in a rain shower without anxiety. But that’s not a reason to pass. I was outside testing it on the porch because who in their right mind would open an umbrella inside. Mt neighbor’s 10 year old kid though it was super cool. And with the short shaft on it, she may be more of the target audience than I am.The quality is there, and the dual layer of the canopy somehow makes it feel like it could really stand up to a downpour. I would consider another, wider model from this brand as a daily use umbrella. Well, not daily. When it’s raining.
