Yes this comes directly from them. I understand your concern about receiving a fake product. I can assure you this is not fake. We were selling it in my husbands laser clinic before we moved to a different state. We were able to receive it because I am a physical therapist and they sell it to me under that license.

Q: What is the difference between this and other colloidal silver brands?

This is the cleanest of the brands and is clinical strength so can only be purchased through a Healthcare practitioner. I am a nutritionist. Please check out the website for more details!

Q: How well foes it help acne?

have never used for acne, but might help. It's not good to take it long term though, and Acne can be a long-term condition most likely caused by hormone imbalance/diet deficiencies.

Q: does this product expire?

Yes, the one I bought recently expires 2/2018. So it last a long time.
