Great item, but if you remove the insulation, be sure to put the covers back in. I took out the insulation & the Velcro strips bothered Boy George, who ripped most of it off. He also chewed some of the wood & removed one of the small, screws from the frame. Not sure HOW he was able to do that! Poor guy also lost a tooth in the process.

It's a great dog house it's really nice very easy to put together. Just wish it was bigger.

The wall panels has gaps. The isolation is independent part that you attack to the interior of the wall with 3 thin velcro straps that does not hole it to the walls perfectly and my dog thing this is toy to pull. I needed to remove the isolation cuz did not feel save to my dog amd then I found tje walls has gap and in rain witn wind it will leak. Waste of money and bad design board wall should be overlapping and isolation should be better fixed to the walls not allowing points or playable pulling areas . Strongly I dont recommend it of you live in a cold or raining place

All around cute house just the front piece broke in the first week because it’s connected by wood not steel therefore the dog got to it

We bought this product because of the reviews which said it’s good. We lost our dog and no longer need it, we didn’t even get the chance to take it out the box and we can’t return it, their customer service is really bad.
