Worth the price
Easy to install. Had to make an additional hole to help with sturdiness. Other than that it did exactly what it needs to do. It holds 2 adult kayaks on the back of our camper.

Good value for the money
For the money, you can’t argue with this quality. I would recommend replacing the padding with pipe insulation or pool noodles. Also the instructions leave a lot to be desired. Make sure to use the proper length bolts in the appropriate locations.

Ridiculously poor assembly instructions, parts that don’t even show on the parts diagram.
Don’t even think of buying this product. As far as I can tell, it may be totally functional, if only I could put it together. Actually, I probably can figure it out, but the only instructions they give you is a very minimal diagram. What’s weird is that there are bolts of different sizes, different types of washers, different types of nuts, and they never tell you which goes where. I finally figured it out by counting the different holes and the different nuts and washers and using some basic logic, but it shouldn’t be that difficult. And on top of everything else, there’s a piece that’s not shown in their diagram, not described anywhere, and I haven’t yet figured out where it goes. Maybe I will, but it shouldn’t be this difficult. This is a simple piece of machinery, and once I put it together, I could easily write an installation manual in 10 minutes for them. But they don’t have one, and won’t provide one. There is a brief minute and a half video of one being constructed, even it doesn’t show the piece that I am describing. So unless you enjoy being frustrated and pissed off, don’t even think about buying this unit.

Great for small campers
This rack has worked well with my 23ft camper. I’ve taken it on several trips. It could use a little more support at the top of the rack; but no problem thus far.

Convenient
What a life changer for us. This rack so handy we can install it behind our Chevy 1500 pickup or our pull type camper

Packed well. Good price. Why so loose? Extra parts. Sparse instructions.
Good: Price is great. Everything was packed very well. Comes with straps and ratchets to secure the kayaks, which is a nice touch. Could improve: Video shows loose fit where two halves are held together. Photo shows the two extra parts that don't seem to fit any of the pre drilled holes and aren't mentioned in the instructions. Instructions are sparse but it's only a few pieces. The four bolts aren't the same size so I had to take it apart and reassemble once that became an issue (FYI - seems like short bolts go with in the middle, long bolts at top and bottom). Package does not include a pin for the hitch receiver. Unclear: Waiting for kayaks to arrive, so I don't yet know how well this will hold up. It seems strong except for the silly loose connection between the two halves, so I expect it will be fine. Maybe I'm missing something with the assembly, but I don't see any other way to put it together.

Great idea but needs improvements
I like the idea and the cost but still needs some improvements. Wobbles. We added a weld to the middle to strengthen it. The padding is a joke. Needs a taller stability bracket.

Good value
Decent value. Cost is quite a bit less than other vertical kayak carriers. It seems to be sturdy and was quick to assemble using basic tools.
