A Unique Line of Accessories
Reciprotools has created a way to harness the power of a reciprocating saw for more than just its primary role. A unique Universal Adapter allows the saw to file, clean, and scrub.The adapter is well-built, heavy, and sturdy. Tools attach firmly via a hex shank.The line includes 2 metal files (Half-Round & Rat Tail), 2 wood tools (Flat Rasp & Rat=Tail), 3 Brushes (2 Stainless Steel & 1 Nylon), a Cleaning Brush and a Cleaning Pad.Unfortunately, Reciprotool was aquired in 09/11 by Jore Corporation.The full line of these tools is difficult to find at the moment.

Quick and easy
Use it for quick removal of wood on any woodworking project. Much easier than doing it with a regular rasp.

Useful and well made
I had 3 doors in my house that wouldn't close properly--the frames were no longer square. I used this rasp to take about 1/8th inch of wood off the places where the door rubbed the frame. Now all 3 doors shut easily. Theentire operation took about 5 minutes. (u need to buy the adapter that goes with it - another $16).

Worthless thanks to the flimsy RCT-A10 adapter
I wanted this file for use with my reciprocating saw which required the RCT-A10 adapter. What a joke! This rasp file flopped all over compared to a saw blade.
