These ankle weights fit really well and stay in place during my leg workouts and Pilates. They feel durable and well-made, and I love that they come with a travel bag, it makes it easy to bring them to class. Definitely a solid addition to my routine.

These are very good little weights. I saw someone wearing these and thought that they would be an easy way to help tone my arms. They are only 1 lb each, but I wanted to stay light since I plan on using them when I walk, which is about a 2-mile walk. I really like the look of them, which is a bit more modern than other models I have seen. They come in a cute little pouch, and the velcro is very strong, so they seem to stay in place well, and I don't think they will fall off.There are a few reasons I didn't give them 5 stars. The first one is that the inner lining is a little scratchy on my wrist, not terrible, but enough to be noticeable. But my real dislike is that while the ad says they are adjustable, the strap that the little weights slide on is fixed, so I don't see this as really adjustable. You can simply rearrange the little black weights around the stretchy band. I also feel like it's a little small. My wrist is a relatively average size, and I wish there were a little more room/strap. I will still use them, and I think that they will be beneficial.

I really like these. They are "jointed", so they fit nicely on your extremity and are adjustable. I had previously used wrist/ankle weights that slid over the hand or foot and they were difficult to get on or off. These are a big improvement on that!

This set is good quality. Love the functionality of being able to use on my wrists or ankles. Weights can be slid into different positions.Easy to put on and remove and comfortable while using. Really like the blue color too!

I recently picked up these ankle/wrist weights and they’ve been a great addition to my workouts! Each weight is 1 lb, which is perfect for adding a bit of resistance without being too heavy. The adjustable silicone design is comfortable to wear and fits snugly no matter what exercise I am doing. I love how versatile they are, and the fact that they fit with most exercises even zumba. They’re easy to clean and they look inconspicuous. Overall, I am happy with them.

These work, and do their thing. Thru fit snigly around my ankles and stay on without any issue. They also fit around my husband's ankles though he says it's a bit tight. These are a great addition to my walking and do recommend.
