You will need to buy a drill bit made especially for boring out the hole but it’s cheap at the local hardware store and fits most drills. Once up, screws on the hinge adjust height, angle, etc. Have bought multiple packs OF THIS BRAND and am replacing hinges throughout the house. Very satisfied.
