Not for girls who are suffers severe periods cramps
It is okay to use during 3rd or 4th day of your periods. When you are suffering from light cramps or mild cramps. But if you suffers from extreme cramps this doesn't works. It's my opinion on using it on my second day. And yes I had to take medicine for my cramps even after applying this
