TRS Slider – Golf Swing Training Aid Inspired by Robert Rock. Improve Swing Path, Ball Striking, and Consistency with Instant Feedback Training

Nice quality and well thought out design changes and ergonomics. The bands are thick and fairly soft nylon, making them very comfortable to use. They feel very durable, well sewn, and I could see getting years of use out of it, making the slightly higher investment for a training aid like this worth the money spent. The buckles and Velcro make it easy to put on and take off, and it’s easy to adjust to fit different sized shirts, jackets, and people. It’s also incredibly easy to use. Put it on and start making swings! It stays in place well during use. And best of all, it really works! Even after two range sessions I started seeing better and more consistent ball striking, better control. My buddy said my swing looked so much more compact it was like half of my normal swing. I’ve struggled the last year with impact position, early extension, and not getting my weight onto my lead foot early enough. I also tended to bleed power by ‘wrestling’ in my downswing. I’d tense up trying to ‘add power’ but end up with poor contact and often shorter shots. The TRS slider has shown me that I’ve been turning too much in my backswing, which delays my weight transfer, causing a pile up of micro adjustments around impact. And it’s helping me relax into the slot more efficiently! I’m not turning back as far, I’m in better balance throughout my swing, and I feel like I have time and space to get the club through impact. The real surprise to me was the effect created by the more connected follow-through. Staying connected through impact (where I think I used to fly apart a bit and lose balance), has allowed me to deliver more power without more muscling. I’m two weeks into using it, and hitting through my bag with it on before going out to play, I’ve found more fairways and had more iron control, which has led to better scoring. I shot 78 the first week with the TRS Slider, the next Friday a 77, and the next Sunday a 73. Can’t wait to see how it helps long term

Hands down the best golf training aid I have experienced. It allows you to feel the right move instantly and offers immediate feedback. I highly recommend if you want your golf game to improve!

This aid does not work. It does not stay in place and cannot get tight enough to make the arms stay connected to the body. Do not waste your time and money.

The TRS slider is a good training aid and was recieved as advertised. Im still trying to get used to it.

I think im a golf training junkie having a majority of these items in my possession. Most of which I use once or twice and then put away never to be used again. The TRS system stays in my golf bag and is a big part of every range session!
