### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It works for me
*by K***E on 1 September 2025*

I have ankylosis of the cervical joints in both my neck and upper back near the shoulders. Using this as recommended 30 min per day to increased time. I have felt less pain in my neck and knotting in my shoulders, due to a better posture when using the iPad computer etc. I checked the size and measure myself I was at the upper end of the small but I have not found this to be a problem under the arms or round the waist, there is lots of adjustment still to use. I bought it in pink has hand washed well. Good information leaflet . Pleased with purchase
