Jim Beam Devil's Cut Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, 70 cl

Great bourbon. Always look to get it when it is £18 as it's usual £25 is too high for my budget but love it. First taste it hits you with heat and strength but from there on out you can drink it smoothly for as long as you like. Much better than any top of the range JD product. 45%gives you a nice kick to the point where you are pouring a couple glasses bigger than you should! Only just has an edge over black label JB because of this. Single barrel JB is the only bourbon I have ever thought is just above this for taste, but for a deal price I'll pick this beuty every day

My partner is a whisky drinker and asked me to get this one for his birthday.He really likes this one as the flavour is good (he drinks it straight) and the price is not dear for Whisky.

Avid JD fan for many years - but Jim Beam is catching them with plenty of options in their line up. I feel JD has priced itself out of the market for anything other than old No 7, so have been trying the Jim Beam as it’s always priced more appealing!Having tried the Twice barrelled and standard Jim Beam (both very nice) I thought I would try this @ £18 it wasn’t a hard decision- money well spent. It has a bite on the first drop (gotta start neat) but quickly mellows with a lingering warmth to the back of the throat (oaky taste). Easy to drink neat / over ice, but I have tried it with cola, mixers, bitters = all good.I would put it between Gentleman Jack and Single barrel select for smoothness, followed by that kick! @ £18 it’s a no brainier cupboard filler and better than old No 7 at the same price.

Very good version , better than the classic one.

Having tried many bourbons and American whiskey at various price levels, I can safely assure you that for under £25 a bottle, this is a fantastic bourbon. Great nose and mouth feel, dusty rickhouse wood, caramel, earthy, and at 45% abv perfect neat or even a drop of Buxton mineral water will open it up more. Definitely a bourbon to try.

I love whisky. Mainly scotch. I love speyside whiskies but like a variation too. Irish whiskeys go down easily. Lovely smooth flavours.Bourbon is something I have if I'm in the mood. It's usually too sweet for me. This is a bit different. It has depth and flavour. Lovely stuff. I prefer to the likes of Woodfords, Bulleit, buffalo trace etc. Highly recommended as my favourite Bourbon

Mag eigentlich kein Whisky, aber der ist wirklich toll. Als Mix mit Cola sehr lecker.
