This is high support and thank goodness it is the price it is. Whether it’s for running or for dance or barre this is the GOAT. I was worried about not being able to adjust it but honestly it is perfect for a 36 B cup. It holds up (pun intended) and the straps are really cute on the back. I recently bought this sports bra and I love it! The support is great, material is soft, and it doesn’t loose its elasticity after washing. It is padded but they’re not big and bulky pads. Buying all the colors!I bought the black one in medium.5’4 145lbs 36C

It’s doesn’t have a lot of support but it definitely did the job for what I needed it for.
