Good poster and print just big enough to view at a reasonable distance

I found this item completely useless. I wanted a poster that I could place on the wall which clearly showed the positions you can use the reformer in, of a good quality format with large images to see from a small distance. However, the images were far to small and of very poor quality. A complete waste of money.

I ordered these posters to hang by our Stott reformer we just ordered. I placed them in a poster frame and they are hanging on the wall. They are detailed and tell you how many springs to use for each exercise. The intermediate does have some of the beginner exercises but they just refer to them so you still need the beginner poster if you want to know springs and foot placement. I plan on ordering the advanced as well. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is the price is high for a paper poster and they are 1 inch smaller the a standard poster frame so I had to buy a mat to put under the poster in the frame. You can order a 27 x 39 poster frame but they cost more than the poster. The ones I got at a craft store are 27 x 40. If your looking for more detail get the book or dvd. I use Pilates anytime app and wanted a quick way to know my springs and a quick reminder of an exercise if I’m just watching tv and using my reformer. My husband has never attended a reformer class so he needs some help with the springs as well. Overall very happy with the purchase.

Great poster - exactly what I wanted however, poor quality for the price. I'm bringing it to Staples to be laminated as I'm concerned that it won't hold up. In addition, it was packed in a tube and the tube was in a box. When I opened the box the tube was crushed and open. When I removed the poster, it was torn on the edges and wrinkled down the middle as if it had be used. I'm extremely disappointed with this seller!!!

You have got to be kidding!A cheap paper poster for over $50!This should have been laminated for hanging and displaying. Very disappointed

I purchased this along with the Intermediate chart before I knew better -- everything in the Essential is in the Intermediate anyway. I should have used the saved money to purchase a reformer wall chart. As I mentioned in the Intermediate review, IKEA sells two frames the exact size needed to mount these so they look professional and they're very inexpensive.

Basically a good chart, but the pictures need to be bold and darker, they are light, almost faded. Don't remember the Intermediate/Advanced Cadillac being available when I ordered, which would be much more useful for me.

This chart allows me to get the best workout using my Pilates.

It was just pictures with no clean instruction on how to do the exercise, I have a chart by stamina that is much better. This wall chart is not worth the money I paid

I purchased this for my home studio as a decoration and reminder. It's large enough to be able to glance at and remind yourself the order or position, whatever. Coincidentally and conveniently, IKEA has two frames the exact size needed to frame this beautifully and professionally.

I framed this poster and have it in my Pilates studio I like to look at it.

So small I don’t know what to do

Has a ton of photos. Very small

I am very disappointed that I received the wrong poster and I opened it quite late so lost the opportunity to return.

Great idea. Pictures are hard to see.
