It's great if it's really hot outside and I want to wear sleeves without wearing something too heavy or having to layer my clothing.

Because you can select the proper sizing for your arm, these sleeves are much more comfortable than the one-size-fits-all versions I've tried, yet stay in place due to the elastic cuff with thin silicone bead. The size chart seems accurate, since the XXL fits my 13.5" biceps snugly without cutting off circulation or feeling restrictive. The fabric feels soft, breathable and cool, especially since the white color reflects heat. The stitching and elastic cuffs also are good quality, and although these sleeves costs slightly more than those other versions, to me the improved fit is worth it.
