Very supportive to my neck & shoulder region

So far my hips don't hurt as bad but it is going to take longer than a week I think to really tell. That's why I gave it 4 stars because I am not 100% sure yet. It is comfortable, the thickness is good, the shape is nice and the quality is excellent.

I like the look and the feel of it,but it didn't work for me like I expected. It didn't prevent relief from my back pain.

This has been a game changer for my neck! I have spent hundreds on specialty neck pillows/supports, only to be disappointed and in more pain. I suffer from scoliosis, degenerative disc and vertebrae disease. I am trying to avoid a very invasive surgery for as long as possible. I finally found this gem! It is comfortable and soft on skin. I use this along with a soft pillow and let me tell you... This is the first time in over 26 years, that I don't wake up with massive neck pain and headache. I highly recommend this neck roll! It may take up to a week to get used to it, but it is so worth it! This is my honest review, I am not a product ambassador or have any association with this company. Maybe it's just not for me. I wanted to love this, but no matter how I use it, it just doesn't seem to bring me comfort. No instructions for possible use, tried under the lower back, between the legs, just not the right fit for me

I have degenerative disc abs suffer from chronic back pain. I’ve relied on pillows and rolled towels for years when I need extra lumbar support at night, but it seems to either be too low or too high - and at times it can create pain in my side instead of alleviating pain overall. I looked for the ‘right’ lumbar support for a good while before ordering this one. Upon receipt, it was rolled tightly and needed to unroll and reshape/inflate for a couple days prior to my first use. Even then, I was skeptical; it was much flatter than I expected. Laying on it, though, it is SOOOO comfortable!! Especially on my back. It’s a little less effective when I’m on my side, but perhaps that is due to a decent difference between my chest to waist and waist to hip measurements. (?) It still provides better comfort though! I do wish there was an option for a thicker version - and even though it’s super comfy, I could go for slightly more dense memory foam, too. (Although perhaps the firmness would be more evident in a thicker version.) Another positive note is the pillow cover that can be washed!
