It is the perfect self care at the end of the night to help relax my body.This hand massager provides a therapeutic experience. The machine is light and easy to use. I love the heat feature making me feel cozy and relaxed. This machine is small allowing for easy storage but does not lack on power. It is also portable and does not need to plug In during use allowing me to use while relaxing on the couch.The massage starts off lighter but the pressure builds. There are 3 different levels to pick from The massager automatically turns off at the end of the massage cycle. You can feel the increased blood flow after the massage. Your hands may be red from the pressure or heat (if turned on) but it goes away quickly.The machine comes with gloves so you can apply your favorite lotion without ruining the fabric. The lotion and heat combination help with absorption leaving you with silky soft skin!The machine must be charged before using and did not work while charging. A green light appeared when the machine was charged and ready.When using the machine you will need to hold the power button for a good 1-2 seconds for it to turn on.Overall a great device for at home self care. Also a great gift idea.

I’ve been using the Bob and Brad Hand Massager for a few weeks now and it’s helped my hand pain significantly! I had been experiencing pain and cramps in my hands due to a previous injury, so I’m always looking for ways to get some relief, and this thing hits the spot. The pressure is just right—not too strong, but definitely enough to loosen up the tension and stiffness. Plus, the heat feature is super soothing and makes it feel like a spa treatment for my hands.It’s super easy to use, and I love that you can adjust the settings to get the perfect massage. It’s quiet, comfortable, and really helps with the pain after a long day of typing or gripping things. If you’ve been thinking about getting a hand massager, I definitely recommend this one!

Changing my stars 1 to 4 for the best customer service in a long time. They really reached out to make it right. Old fashion customer come first.

Purchased this for my husband who has arthritic hands. When he comes in from his shop in the evening he sits and uses this machine. It heats up and there are "shiatzu-like" rollers that squeeze and massage the hand at different levels. It heats up if you want it to and he finds this very helpful is getting his hands to stop aching so much. Battery life in it is quite reasonable. I believe he has gotten several time of use out of a single charge. He says it may be too much pressure for some people to use. If you are a small person you may find it too much pressure on your hands. He has large muscular hands and enjoys the strength of the massage.

Update:I have finally gotten it to work... hold the on button for about 6 seconds (not the one or two). It's okay but I have small hands and it fits, so if you have larger hands or long fingers, it's not going to fit as is illustrated. BUT even though initially I gave it a poor rating (because it wouldn't come one), now that I have it working and have used it for several weeks, I'm changing my rating. The swelling and stiffness is my fingers and hands is greatly reduced, some days gone, so with no pain I am able to do more. Highly effective, just a bit annoying that I have to be more patient with the 'on' time.Prior review:I have charged and charged and charged. The power light turns green, but the device has never turned on. In fact, sometimes after pressing the power button, it simply starts flashing red again to indicate it's charging, but it has NEVER turned on at all.

The massaging is great, but the heat gets too hot on the left side of our unit. When my wife used it the other day it started to get too hot and when she removed her hand her left pinky was burned and very red.
