This is our second leash. It works very well and is comfortable to hold. Our doggy pulls now and then and it copes with this very well. Easy to reign in when required. The internal ratchet mechanism finally wore out it's only plastic but I guess they all do it.

The media could not be loaded.  I’ve had this leader a little over a week now and I’m very happy with it. I have 2 husky’s and they are very strong. I read up on the reviews that this leader was heavy and maybe better for larger dogs so I thought I’d give it a try. It came delivered through Amazon Prime which is great as it meant I got it next day delivery. The second it arrived I decided to try it out so off me and the dogs went. It does indeed have a bit of weight to it but I really wouldn’t say it was heavy it’s a great weight and suited my two fine.It attaches to their harnesses and obviously it is split into two leads so the dogs can walk alongside each other. The leader itself comes in two parts, the first being the bit you attach to the dogs and the second being the bit which has the handle for the person walking them. The bottom piece is very strong and very good quality I was pleasantly surprised at just how strong it actually was. One of my dogs pulls really bad it’s absolutely ridiculous but this leader handled that really well and because it splits the dogs it means he can’t pull too far ahead of the other. I’ve included a video and some pictures as an example. I think on Sunday we were out walking for about 4 hours and I kept checking the leader and the stitching but it really is a great product I couldn’t be happier.It’s also a nice looking leader it doesn’t look cheap and doesn’t look flimsy it stands up well against other leaders that I’ve paid a lot more for. If you have a medium to large dog I would definitely give this leader a go you will not be disappointed one bit.Overall I always try to review based on look, price and quality and I’d buy this leader time and again I’m so happy with it. So were my dogs 😂🐕🐕. Top marks from me.

Comfortable to use. Only problem is that the plastic covering where the lead is stored has come away and can't be put back in. Slides up and down the lead. Doesn't cause a problem, though.

I only like to use retractable leads in the park or fields after an incident with a flexi one where it broke and I had to carry my dog home. I am much more impressed with this lead than the flexi ones. It seems stronger and I have more confidence in it. As my dog can be a puller, I don't use it on regular walks but I like to use it on fields to give her extra freedom. So far so good and a thumbs up from me!👍

Comfy to hold, feels good quality. Single button operation is a nice idea. This lead has the handle oriented different to the 'flexi' branded lead. It is oriented such that the force of the dog pulling comes perpendicular to the handle, whereas the "flexi" lead I had previously had it at a slight angle. On the "flexi" lead this meant that the force of the dog pulling causes your hand to push against the bottom of the handle squashing your little finger slightly. I prefer the perpendicular orientation, though I guess there's a reason "flexi" angle their handle, so maybe some will prefer that shape too - but worth considering shape before buying. The handle on this lead is also a non slip rubberised material whereas the "flexi" lead had a smooth plastic handle, so that would also have made a difference. I also like that it is a nice bright colour.

The media could not be loaded.  I am really impressed with this product. When I ordered it I was expecting an ok but relatively low quality item due to the price. I was pleasantly surprised of the high quality when I opened the packaging. I would be confident of using this with a large/strong dog without fear of it breaking.I have used this on 4 runs so far, Dobby (the dog) and I have both loved it. It is helping me to get my workout in early (we leave at just before 6 in the morning) and it is helping to ensure that Dobby gets a decent walk in the morning.The lead is elasticated, but the elastic isn't too soft so it only stretches when it needs too. The belt is comfortable and adjustable, and the pouch is perfect for holding my phone, wallet and a couple of waste bags etc.I was also concerned that I would trip over the dog when running. This isn't the case, he is quite happy running in front of me/next to me and there have been no near misses so far.I would definitely recommend this item for anyone who is looking to run with their dog.
