Saw almost immediate improvement in neck firmness

I bought this a while ago to help with ageing on my hands. So far everything works as expected. The unit comes with an big set of plug ends, which are hard to change out once attached to the based unit. It is very similar to the Omnilux version of this product. However you just need a USB-C cable and a regular wall plug, like the one you use to charge your phone. What I don't like is the company is non responsive for warranty registration. It looks like Quasar was bought and is no longer an American company. My concern is if the unit dies during the warranty period.

I have the Currentbody face mask (which I love), but my primary concern is actually the area under my chin (am starting to develop that dreaded turkey neck). None of the neck gadgets address this particular area, but when I saw this device, the thought occurred to me that I could rig it to treat under my neck (please see attached photo). It has been almost a full month of daily use, and I am actually kind of surprised, but I definitely notice that that area is tightening up : ) This product won't replace surgery, but for the price, I think it is totally worth it: )

I used the Quasar MD LED light a maximum of 10 times, because I was traveling, and didn't take it with me. I tried to use it yesterday and and it is not working steadily.I waisted my my money because it is too late to return itZero stars

I had another popular brand that I paid more than double for. This one is just as good.

The reason I’m giving 3 stars to this is primarily because the straps that go around the neck. There’s aren’t any straps on the unit from the factory, you have to attach IT yourself. Yes, I said. IT. There’s 2 straps included, a long one, and very short one. The written directions (no pictures) on using them are pointless, as they say next to nothing, specifically they say to use the short strap, which is 11.5” long. That might be good for a cat collar, but that’s not going to fit around a humans neck. The long strap is VERY long, and as a result it doesn’t pull the collar tight unless I hold it for the entire 10 minute session. VERY inconvenient! I am a male. This would be even looser for a female with a smaller neck! I have had 2 of these units made by different companies (IRestore and Solowave), both which came with pre-attached straps that were easy to use. However, the Solowave one is twice as expensive as this, and the IRestore is 3-4 times as expensive.Other than the strap issue, this is decent. It puts out alot of red light It is smaller in size overall compared with the other brands I’ve tried. It has a cord going to a remote battery. The battery is USB C to the collar, and traditional USB to the wall charger. The remote battery has a start button on it that you push to start the lights and the 10 minute timer, The battery has 3 small LED lights on it, but no digital timer to let you know elapsed time, like the IRestore does. The battery has NO clip on it to affix to your clothing (once again like the IRestore does), so you’re stuck carrying the battery around for 10 minutes with one hand, while you hold the strap tight on the back of your neck with the other!! Once again, VERY INCONVENIENT.As far as recommending this, if you want to save a bunch of money, this is a good choice, but you’re going to be inconvenienced by very basic missing features (pre-attached straps, a battery clip, and a digital timer display).This is made in Communist China.
