So comfortable, and made of great quality. Easy to clean I just use an alcohol wipe in between uses. Its wireless comes with a charger. It has an adjustable strap that is comfortable that goes around your head. It has Massage., heat, and vibration modes you can choose to have all three on or just one at a time or choose, which ones you’d like. I prefer the massage and heat only on strong massage. It also has a music feature.. the voice feature explains what modes it’s on when to keep your eyes closed and how long the massage is for and when it’s done. My only issue is that it does not shut off once it starts the massage no matter how many times you hit the power button. you just have to let it run through the cycle.

I have been dealing with skin issues (moderate to severe eczema, which is rheumatoidal in nature) and my eyelashes had basically disappeared on my left eye, due to inflammation. My doctor constantly advises me to use a warm compress, but it's really hard to find time each day to get the compress, sanitize it, microwave it, lay on the couch for 20-30 minutes, JUST to be able to wash my eyes effectively. This lovely contraption was a game changer! I have read about lymphatic drainage, especially around the face, to help with skin and this really helps with that. I have found that as I age, my lashes are very hard to clean completely to the lash follicle because my lids want to invert inward. It's extremely annoying and just causes more inflammation. This really helps with that. I also carry a lot of tension, I have had migraines, although they don't occur often. I really love this for all of those things. The pressure is amazing. I used it twice before discovering all the different modes and customizations it had. You can use it for migraine/sinus pressure, you can have it focus just on your eyes, etc. And you can make the pressure more or less, heat higher or lower, there are white noises built in with customizable volume and you can also attach to bluetooth. The first time I used it, I accidentally used the gel insert with heat, which I think you're only supposed to use with cold. I haven't actually used cold mode yet. I find the heat to be very soothing and effective. This was a fantastic purchase.

I got this as a Christmas gift for my wife and it has been a wonderful aid to help her relax at the end of the day, I have used it myself a few times too and I can see why it is relaxing indeed. We have not used cooling pad at the time of this review, but the heat function is great and the sensation around the eyes and temples really is very soothing. I only have a few minor complaints about it but none are enough to really make me feel like the massager is not worth it. First, would be the "Music" section is limited to three "tracks" birds, crickets and running water. All calming but the ability to attach it to a device to listen to your own calming music or something like that would make it stellar. Second, would be the voice commands are very specific. For example if you want to turn off the heat, you need to say "no temperature" if you say "no heat" it does nothing or moves it to another heat setting. (minor but can be a bit frustrating for the first few times you use the device) End result both of us are happy with this and enjoy it's relaxing effects.

this was a vday gift for the wife...both she and I love this thing...the massage pressure is nice and i love the Bluetooth function and soothing sounds...very easy to fall asleep with this on!!!

The device works great to help with stress and eye fatigue. I use it nightly and it has helped with eye issues. The heat and vibration are easy to adjust with the buttons. I have voice mode too but haven’t used it yet. The buttons are easier than figuring out the voice commands. The battery life is pretty good. It’s easy and quick to charge. The Eyeris 3 is a device I highly recommend for self care.

I have a very old Breo massager which has been getting weak and not warming up as well, so I decided to treat myself to a new heated eye massager. Unfortunately though this one was flashier and had newer tech like voice control and different settings, the most important function for me (which was the massaging part) fell short. It does not have the kneading and accupressure massager like my Breo has. All it does is inflate and deflate a different bunch of airbags and some times, the combination of inflation around my temples will cause the eye mask to squeeze towards the middle and rise away from the inner half of my eyes, which then kind of let heat escape so the warming feature just never felt 'warm enough'. Also, the highest pressure was not really strong enough for me and it is a disconcerting when some airbags just inflate a quarter way and 'hesitate' there for a second before inflating more, 'hesitate', inflate a little more, 'hesitate'. Along with the loud noise, it makes it feel like the machine is breaking down or something. My old Breo was much quieter than this supposedly newer tech so it was harder for me to relax or fall asleep. I'm giving it 3 stars because it looks nice and was working right out of the box and the price was good value, but for what I wanted (Accupressure and kneading), it fell way short. This would probably work for someone who is looking for just 'pulsation' airbags kind of massage. I am returning it.

This was a gift for my boyfriend but I find myself using it more often for myself after working all day. It's easy to use, store, and lasts for a long time-I fell asleep the first 15 minutes of using it! The massage is a little weird at first but once you get used to it it's a lifesaver when I feel migraines coming on. Highly recommend using the heat and massage at the same time. If you stare at a screen all day, GET THIS PRODUCT!! It's worth the money and has saved me from so much pain to the point where I routinely use it for 10 minutes after a long day working.
