after sell leave the customer helpless should be considerable?
On 19th June 2025 purchase order done and as per it received product, but today 4th nov 2025, after just 4 months even haven mild use till now all of sudden stopped to start, contacts customer care multi time, after asked for invoice so also given on whatsapp and again multiple time called but no answers, then called to amazon assistant and informed about it, so on honest bases on very new condition having mild use product all of sudden stopped and for that customer care not responding while urgency too, so should be honestly this kind of thing after sell leave the customer helpless should be considerable?

Happy customer. Cost effective PC, working fine so far.
I wanted a cost effective second PC with Windows 11 installed. The primary purpose is to store all my data as backup. Also wanted a second PC lying around incase my current Windows 10 PC crashes and burns after Sep 2025 when support for it is withdrawn by Microsoft. Product was well packed. Customer Service response has been good and warranty card delivered promptly through WhatsApp.
