Product is great, REEKON service is awful. I love most things about the product although I’ve had issues with uploading a PDF for mark up on their ROCK app. It doesn’t work, and there are no tutorials or help online for this. I’ve emailed them twice but had no response, they reply on instagram telling you to email them. Product is very accurate but would be better if you could lock the tape in place. The auto lock is ok but not great. When I’m measuring electrical switches or socket from the floor to the mm, it can easily slide in when the bottom of tape is in the floor or it can be pushed in very easy. A lock would fix this. Extremely expensive and probably wouldn’t have purchased this if I tried one out first. Photos attached show it’s really easy to push the tape in by just half a mm. I was trying to measure 1200mm.

Expensive so only buy one if you if you are going to use it It does have quite a large learning curve if you want to use all of its functions Easy to read the results on the large screen a hidden bonus is that it is quite large and heavy and, so far, my wife has left it in the workshop, unlike the numerous other tapes that have disappeared over the past few years😀

The blade won't retract, and it's just over 30 days old, so it can't be returned, and they won't answer emails. bewarned Stay away
