Pretty Good
I was expecting the sticks to be thicker that they actually are. I felt like they are a big puny in size but I suppose that's in relation to the palo santo that I've been buying at a local store. Granted they were $3 a piece, though. So I suppose this is still a fair amount cheaper than buying them down the street. It would be nice though if there was an option to buy sticks that were a bit hardier in nature. Many two or three times the thickness and another inch longer.

Would recommend
Scent is less than sticks I previously bought. I am not sure if they were older or if the sticks I bought before had oilsOther than that, they are great. Smell good when burned and fast shipping

This "Holy Wood" smells heavenly!!!
I burn Palo Santo in my home mainly for it's gorgeous scent, but it is said to have been used for centuries as a spiritual remedy for purifying and cleansing, and also to get rid of evil spirits and misfortune. I believe my home is extra peaceful and always delicious smelling because of it :) 25 pieces will probably last me a few months, but I like to have around more than I need so I can gift them to friends. Everyone I share it with falls in love! ***Note - Unlike conventional incense which burns completely after lighting, Palo Santo may be re-lit many times. When lighting, allow the wood to burn to less than a minute, then blow the flame out.

all I know is it smells good and I like it
I am not familiar enough with Palo Santo to tell you whether or not this is "legitimate", all I know is it smells good and I like it. It doesn't stay lit though, which for my purposes is fine as I would just have to put it out myself. Some of the sticks smell like they have more of the "good stuff" (resins) and some smell like they have less. The latter are the ones that tend to produce a more sharp "burning" odor, which to me does not really seem to be unpleasant as some reviewers describe. I would say they have varied in intensity +/-%20 throughout the batch.

Better than sage!
These little sticks would keep the devil away! Seriously though, they are far more powerful than sage when clearing energy from a space, and for many people, the smell is less offensive. (It smells a little like cinnamon to me.) If you are used to buring sage, just be aware that these do not smoke nearly the same amount, but burn more as an incense stick would, rather than a piece of wood. However, they are a good quality and burn well. As a psychic medium who clears the space between readings, I use these ALL the time now instead of sage. Enjoy!

Although you receive a lot, they are NOT authentic!
I'm pretty conflicted about this product. I read the reviews and most of them seemed to be pretty positive, so I was rather optimistic. When I received it, I was surprised to see how much wood they actually include! However, I am pretty sure this is NOT authentic palo santo. When you first light it, you can immediately smell the palo santo scent and that's great. But that scent quickly fades away and you are left with a common burning wood smell - and it does not smell nice when it reeks of common burning wood. It starts to smell of a smokey bonfire. One time when I was burning these, my neighbors almost thought we had a fire in our apartment! Thus, I am certain that these sticks are unfortunately from a different type of wood and that they are simply dipped in palo santo oil.The number of thick pieces for such a cheap price should have given away that these are inauthentic. There's a small boutique near me that used to sell authentic palo santo. I always knew it was authentic because the store owner would travel to South America every year to pick out palo santo pieces herself. The pieces were usually small and had a rich palo santo scent. When lit, they smelled heavenly for the entire burning experience and that beautiful scent lingered for days. Plus, they were usually ten bucks for small bundle of skinny sticks. A little pricey, but I always knew I was receiving legitimate palo santo. While sixteen bucks for a huge pack of "palo santo" may seem tempting, it's better to save your money for the real thing.

Lovely scent, good value
I see a lot of people having trouble keeping the stick burning, this is easily remedied by lighting and using a charcoal puck (like Three Kings) and laying the stick on top. It will then smoke for quite some time, the stick only needing to be rotated and moved occasionally. I have also seen some doubt about this being true palo santo, but I have bought this type of incense for some time now and these sticks appear to be genuine.
