IT WAS BOUGHT WITH EASE OF USE IN MIND. MY DR. SAID I SHOULD MONITOR MY BLOOD PRESSURE AND I THOUGHT THIS WOULD BE AN EASY WAY TO DO THAT. IT IS EASY AND QUICK TO USE. JUST PLACE ON THE WRIST WITH ATTACHED VELCRO AND IN ABOUT 1 MINUTE OR LESS, I HAVE MY BLOOD PRESSURE.I TRIED A DIFFERENT ONE BEFORE BUYING THIS ONE. THE PREVIOUSLY BOUGHT ONE WASN'T HOLDING WITH THE VELCRO AND THIS ONE WAS PERFECT. I HAD A NO HASSLE EXCHANGE OF THE OLD ONE AND GOT THIS ONE WITHIN JUST A COUPLE OF DAYS. Stopped working
It stopped working after a few times using it. The manufacturer is not responding to my message.The Start button does not work, fully charged and batteries.
