This is not my first vertical mouse. I have been using different brands for many years now. My latest one is Zeb Cozy which is starting to have frequent issues with the left click and hence decided to go in for a new one.Quality - Product seems decent with good fit and finish. However, the scroll button is not smooth. You can feel a bit of a friction when trying to scroll and there's a bit of a resistance, too. The left and right clicks are soft and silent.Functionality - Auto power off kicks in if unused for a few minutes. Re-enabled via left click.Weight - Feels a tad bit lighter than my current mouse.Durability - Cannot honestly comment until it reaches end of life.ConsDimensions and ergonomics - Now here is where things take a downturn. The size and dimensions are very similar to my current mouse and others that I have used over the years. However, the ergonomics is where this fares poorly. I have a regular sized male hand but there are a couple of design flaws in it which are a dealbreaker and I'm reconsidering my purchase decision.1. Grip - The grip is very poor on the mouse. Vertical mouse need to have some bulk so that your palm can wrap around it and provide a good grip. In the absence of this, my fingers overextend the mouse buttons. The grip is also such that instead of the DPI button being placed in the gap between index and middle finger, the button ends up under your middle finger. This leads to me clicking the DPI button inadvertently when trying to grab the mouse and poking against the finger.2. Finger Grooves - This unnecessary piece of decoration (plus #1 above) guides your fingers in a way that the weight of your palm is transferred to the tip of your little finger. I got a pain from using the mouse for just 2 hours. Maybe this will take some time to get used to but I have little hope. This might work if you have small hands.3. Inaccurate - The cursor movements are not smooth and even for general browsing you'll noticeably overshoot buttons and cannot accurately move across the screen.

I’m genuinely impressed. Right out of the box, the ergonomic design feels natural and reduces wrist strain during long design sessions. The grip is comfortable, and the build quality is solid despite the affordable price, I've been using the Amazon Basics Mouse for the past month, and as a full-time designer. Battery life has been great so far, and the wireless connection is stable with zero lag and perfect mouse movement very important when you're working on pixel-perfect design task.

Great mouse for this price.Silent clicks makes you feel different.It works great for small to medium sized hands. It does not fit for large hands.Design 1 does not come with inbuilt rechargable battery. You will have to use AA

This uniquely designed ergonomic mouse is a new experience altogether. The position of your palm sits in a very well rested manner and long hours of use also do not feel stressful. The buttons are soft press and make very low noise. Well built and matte finish material give it a premium feel. The overall way of using the mouse takes some time to adjust because of the shape, but then it is very comfortable. Purposefully placed buttons and a very sensitive dpi selector that changes the cursor speed makes the mouse great for all types of users from work to gaming. Great product at this price point.

Don't buy this. The product is a waste of money as quality testing is not done properly before launching the product. The mouse will go on powersaving mode and you would need to keep switching on and off everytime you use it. which is absolutly not a good experience. Wireless connectivity is poor and do not offer any wired connection.The mouse itself is not comfortable and this is the biggest reason why you would like to buy this. This is more uncomfortable and reduces productivity. Don't buy is what I would say.
