They have possiblities to help some foot conditions.
Probably not for everyone. I found some relief wearing the skele shoes but at their prices I only own one simple pair I got on super reduced price on Amazon. I have two problems and they are related to each other. Late last year I suddenly was hit with Plantar Fasciitis and anyone who comes down with this problem understands how miserable it can be.j It took two months before it was diagnosed. Now 5 months later I still haven't healed enough. Lucky it's only one foot. The foot that had surgery to remove a sliver of a bone that had come loose from a 40 year previous broken foot deal. The surgery however left the foot with a new problem and that has never been corrected and though for the 3 years now 4 following surgery it was so much improved that I put up with the negative results. And in there lies the connection. I favored the bad foot by curling up my toes and depending on them this to counter the real foot problem. Now I'm in almost as much misery as I was with the pre surgery days. The skele shoes seem to help significantly. So I've gone through three different styles of night braces you wear to bed and none have worked for me. Also I find I remove them sometime during my sleep even slip out of one that I can't believe I can manage because the velcro straps were many and darn tight too. I've always had a tendency to do remarkable things in my sleep like no ticking clock is safe in my room. Electric or battery as long as they don't tick they survive to do their duty as waking me with radio or music or alarms. But tickers have no chance. These socks every night I put them on so far I've found them off by morning. They don't seem to work s well as the skele shoes probably because of that. I like the idea the first reviewer mentioned..putting on another sock over these. Maybe that well help. The left foot does not need treatment but I give both feet the same treatment just because it won't hurt and maybe even prevents a problem down the road. These socks are quite thick and comfy overall. I find it a bit difficult to get my shortest small digit to stay out as it's quite short and so that's the toe's deal. Perhaps a slightly thinner loop would be better for many feet especially women with smaller or shorter toes. The same thing with the skele shoes but they do have two toes in the smallest pocket too so that helps solve that. Overall for the price of these the quality is very good but the time it takes for delivery from out of the country can be very long if you are in need. So once you try them you might want to order a few more pairs. I think I'll pick up a darker couple pairs too. The white I ordered the day I ordered was for 2 pairs total of 4 socks for under 4 dollars included free shipping. So no complaints about price..and plenty of kudo's for good materials nice and thick and well made too. Now how to outsmart my sleeping alter ego to stop the interference. Oh these are plush enough you can use or apply a good olive oil or foot creme or even some sports creme to fight pain to bottom of foot and avoid staining your sheets too. They are too thick for most any sandals or shoes. Like I said not everyone well be happy with this sock or fit their foot perfectly as they do not fit mine perfect but they are functional and well made overall. I would recommend to give them a try.

Still Holding Up After a Year of Use
Let me offer something a little different in my review of these toe-spreading socks. Most reviewers describe whether the socks work for them in terms of relieving foot pain, controlling bunions, increasing their energy, or whatever. I won't address those factors. Like any over-the-counter product touted to have beneficial effects on the human body, "your mileage may vary." Just because one person sees positive results doesn't mean another one will experience the same thing, and vice versa.Instead, I'll say a few words about their quality and durability. After more than a year of nightly wear at about seven hours per night, and a large but uncounted number of washings, the socks have held up remarkably well. They have not stretched out at all. The elastic bands around the calf and toe areas are still as tight as they were when new. None of the stitching has failed, the toe separator loops remain firmly attached at both ends and there is no evidence of the fabric getting thin in the heel. This is impressive quality. Both my wife and I have had other socks wear out within a few months of light use, but these are still going strong. There are really only two signs of wear. First, the fabric has "pilled" quite a bit, with little knots of fibers all over the socks. It's purely a cosmetic effect. One could remove the "pills" if one wanted to, but it's hardly worth the effort. The other sign of their advanced age and heavy use is that the toe separator loops have permanently compressed a little bit, thus slightly reducing the amount of spreading they provide.Based on more than a year of use, these socks have proven to be exceptionally durable and of very high quality. You may or may not choose to buy them based on whether you believe they will benefit you or not. But if you decide to go for them, you need not have any questions about whether they will hold up to regular use. In my experience, they definitely will.

Lady cotton foot alignment socks
Based on the reviews I read I almost didn't buy these.... Grrrrrrr These are fantastic, absolutely fantastic. I bought these because my big toe hurts every once in a while due to breaking it about 35 years ago. When it gets cold it feels the most painful and also I am not 18 years old anymore. Well according to the reviews some people said it was uncomfortable to wear at night so they would take them off and give up. That is ok to do that and I would do that too only the next day I would put them back on during the day. I have crocs so I wear them with the socks. Seriously the pain is gone and I am sure if I stop wearing these the pain will probably come back. These wont make the pain go away but it will keep it under control as long as you wear them when you can. I would put them on at night and take them off under the covers and leave them there and the next morning put them on along with my croc slip ons. I wear them when I can but don't go more than a couple of days without them. I just got them and immediately decided to stick to a schedule so I could tell if they work. So far no pain. When you first get them they will be uncomfortable because I really believe my toes are realigning, but as your toes get used to them you can wear them longer and longer. Great for the price. I would recommend not giving up on these socks, great free physical therapy. True to size, I wear a size 7 shoe so I got small/medium and they fit great!!! Don't listen to negative reviews these really work but you will have to wear them on a regular basis. How hard is that..... Reading the paper put them on, taking a nap, put them on, staying home all day put them on with croc slip ons or knock off crocs and walk around the house in them. you don't have to stay in one place for them to work and you can walk with them on. Can you tell I really, really like these....

The size was fine.
The socks did fit but I found them a bit uncomfortable between the toes. I still wear them occasionally.

for all bunion sufferers, it is recommended. i have dealt with having many types of splints very high price that just don't fit well or fall off at night but i feel this one is the right one. u need to exercise toes by separating them if not after a while they all become very unmanageable and u should go under surgery. it is painful to use sth new if your bunion is a very big one with no history of using anything before but it becomes ok after a while.

Slow to arrive but helpful
They took a long time to arrive month and a half) but have been helpful with my neuroma. Sleep with them, and usually have to take them off at about 3a.m. as they start to hurt. definitely keep my toes separated. They are not cotton, so may be hot when Summer comes....

It took two months to arrive but my wife says it was worth the wait. For a mid thirties woman with a debilitating bunion these have brought her relief that no other spacers have, plus they keep her feet warm. Just ordered another pair.
