I have finished the whole bottle already. I am not expecting overnight changes but I've definitely notice a few small improvements. I feel a little less bloated. The inositol pills are fine. The capsules are quite large, and I found them slightly hard to swallow because they would absorb the moisture in some ways.

I've been taking this for over three weeks now, and I've noticed significant improvements. My period has become more regular, I feel much better overall, and it has really helped curb my overeating.

I've been taking Myo Inositol for a few years now and I've always seen the recommended daily intake as 2000 mg Myo and 50mg D-chiro. This bottle's daily serving is only 1000mg Myo and 25mg D-chiro, which is only a 15 day supply if one wants to take the usual amount. In that case, this is not a cost-efficient supplement product as one can easily buy the other "30 days" supply bottles that uses 2050mg as the base point, take half of the amount, and stretch those to 60 days. The only positive thing about this product is that it has a smaller capsule sizes than usual and may be helpful for those who dislike swallowing pills.

This product is amazing! I've noticed my appetite has decreased, and I'm eating less without even trying. Highly effective and worth it!

I like that this Swiss Activa+ Myo and D-Chiro Inositol is the recommended ratio. I had been using an inositol supplement that did not contain D-Chiro then found out that you need to be taking these two together so I decided to try this one. I am hoping that it will help with my blood sugar and stubborn belly fat. I have only been on this about a week. I cannot tell a difference yet, but I am going to give it the full month. So far, I have not had any GI issues so that is good. Time will tell.

I've been taking these for a while. They're easy to swallow. There's no taste that I can detect. I haven't had any negative side effects, but I can't really tell that they have had any positive effects either. I've heard great things about these supplements and I'm a firm believer in natural remedies. I will keep taking them and see if there are any changes after they get in my system better.
