This is one of my favorite olive oils of all time. I’m on my 3rd bottle and the delicious flavor has been both consistent and mouth watering. And while this oil is very smooth, it definitely is an oil with personality. When a recipe calls for a ‘neutral tasting oil’, this is not what they are talking about. This oil is best for dishes where you want the flavor to actively contribute, or to finish. Or even just to liberally dip bread into. I love what this company is about as well and I will likely order directly from them or a distributor other than amazon in the future just to support them better. Regardless, keep this oil in your kitchen and reach for it regularly. You won’t be disappointed.

I got this Olive Oil because a friend recommended it and I had seen it in Wholefoods. I love it! When you first open the bottle you can feel a distinctive herbaceous aroma and when you try it, you may feel a pinch in your throat that is actually a proof of good quality (the polyphenols in the oil!!! Yes to antioxidants!!!). We tried with a green salad and was great. Also, we tried with Italian bread and we all love it, including my 3 children!I have to add that the bottle has a unique design and gave us a teachable moment during our dinner: my children were curious about the story that was written on the label and we got to talk about the collaboration between Arab and Israeli women who produce this oil.

Very earthy flavor and super high in antioxidantphenols due to being grown in the desert.. much better than Olive oil from Spain, Greece or Italy.

The flavor of the olive oil is wonderful. I love the fact that it is made by Israeli and Arab women together. I highly recommend. Bought many as gifts and people loved it.

This olive oil tastes amazing! We got it last week and used it several times: dipping bread, dressing various salads and its absolutely the best olive oil we had so far! Coming from the Mediterranean region and using a lot of extra virgin olive oils, the previous statement means A LOT! But not only does it taste amazing, it supports a really good cause: increasing labor opportunities for Arab women and increasing regional collaboration between Jewish and Arab women. Now that's a winning olive oil! I am surely going to buy more of these olive oils both for ourselves and giving presents to our friends and family. Enjoy!

Love this olive oil, it tastes and smells like Israel, which is where it comes from. I use it mostly for drizzling on fresh vegetables and making salad dressings, but it would be great for any olive oil purposes.

Extra Unified Olive Oil is AMAZING! The taste is delicious and pairs nicely with fresh cheese, a ripe tomato or crusty bread. All this and unity too! What a wonderful project that creates awesome eating - fresh from Galilee to your table. A taste you can be proud to indulge in! Buy some!
