We purchased the coffee maker for our church events. The percolator stopped working. I emailed the customer support and they are expediating a new coffee maker. The service was great and I would purchase again.

Very bad quality. Stopped brewing coffee 2 days after return window had closed.

Great working coffee pot! The only thing I don’t like are the plastic parts on it. One year later and one of the plastic pieces on the lid snapped off.

It is an excellent coffee maker, I recommend it 100%, of very good quality, durable, it is worth paying what it costs.

Absolute trash. If you only wanna make 25 or 30 cups, it heats up and percolate so fast that it doesn’t even run through the coffee. You can see the bottom of the cup. You have to double the amount of coffee you put in of any other normal percolator coffee pot to try to get any good coffee. If you make a full pot, it works better I guess because it has to percolate a lot longer. Very disappointed.
