I am very impressed with the lights, I got two of them, one for each corner of my rig, and they really light up my work area when I am working on a project or filming, the battery lasts a long time, and the build of the light and all the extras are very good, the LED's are very bright and put out a lot of light. The lights adjust to most angles and they can be used on a rig of off a rig on their own stand that comes in the box, they also come with a USB A to USB C charger, to keep the battery topped up, I had them on full power and brightens to test how long they would last on just the battery and they lasted for three hours, more than enough time to do filming or take photos, they will also work from plug power and charge the battery at the same time. I was looking for a slightly bigger light to help me with my youtube videos. I currently had 2 very small lights that were not overly adjustable and the batteries didn't last long enough really. I came across this Neewer 9" light and thought it looked good for the price so I'll give it a chance and I am very happy with my purchase. Firstly the adjustability is awesome! you can increase the light level from 1 percent to 100 percent at just 1 percent at a time! Also the light can be adjusted from bright white to warm white again in small increases! You can get exactly the level and white colour you desite easily! My old lights had 5 levels of brightness! Battery life is also good. I have used the light at 50% brightness for 80 minutes while filming and it lasted fine. For me though the best thing is the build quilty. This light feels so well made, the knobs and power switch feel more expensive than they should. The way the panel diffuses the light perfectly so you don't have light spots is a major plus for me as my old lights you could clearly see where the LEDs were and this was off putting. This also comes with a small desktop tripod which is good if you don't have a way to mount it but I use a floorstanding tripod. It can also be mounted via it's cold shoe mount making it super versatile. This is my first Neewer product but wont be my last! Excellent product

It s ok. But think about the size if you wanna buy it. is kinda small and the stand is small as well. But it s ok for this money. It s easy to use, to adjust the brightness and is a quality product.

My first led panel and fine for close up work (brill for macro), but not for general portrait photography. My portrait photo 10W led lamp is brighter. Like the ability to adjust brightness and the handle it came with was useful though tripod legs a bit stiff at first. Further update Jan 25: fitted this to a small table top tripod at (90 degrees) and a masking board to photograph full frame negatives using my Olympus camera and macro lens with remote trigger. Used 70% and then 100% brightness over several hours to photograph about 100 negatives. Did the job well set at 5600K color.

Great lighting, perfect for product photography. It is dimmable and can switch between warm and cool white light. The battery lasts a long time and is lightweight.

Ho acquistato questo faretto LED per i miei video e devo dire che ha superato le aspettative! La qualità della luce è davvero ottima: luminosa, uniforme e perfetta sia per riprese indoor che per contenuti social. Uno degli aspetti che ho apprezzato di più è la possibilità di agganciarlo direttamente alla fotocamera tramite la slitta hot shoe. La luce è regolabile e permette di ottenere l’effetto desiderato in base alla situazione. Inoltre è compatto e leggero, quindi facilissimo da trasportare. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo: lo consiglio assolutamente a chi crea video o contenuti per social!

Yeah, these work well for my DIY copy stand (using tripod and camera to copy photos and documents). Good quality. Ability to adjust color and brightness is excellent. One doesn't get much light range from 9 inches. I haven't tried it yet, but I'm hoping to use it for portrait photography.

This is a nice panel. Dims down to zero, colour temperature variability works well. The kit itself is great (one of the reasons I bought this one) because it comes with the mini-tripod (really sturdy, nice) and the pivoting cold shoe extension. The tripod also easily steadies my mirrorless fullframe with a heavy (non-telephoto) lens. Also note (hate to keep going on about the tripod but) both it and the extension attach via knurled wheels, you don't have a fixed bolt that forces you to spin an entire object to attach. That's such a big deal to ensure tightness without unnecessary wear, and a sign of design consideration.

Really good LED lamp without a buzzing fan. Practical stand for table placement that can also be used as a hand grip when holding the lamp. Perfect for photographing and filming smaller product images or as a fill light on a person for Pod filming.
