i suffer from back pain and recently had abdominal surgery. I use this at work to keep by back straight and is very soft. will buy another one for my nurse as she loved it as well. Very, very comfortable.

I think this lumbar support pillow could be used anywhere, not just in the car, however, I did buy it for intended use in my driver's seat. I have another one, similar (not the same, however) and this one is actually shaped somewhat smaller and softer, which I like a lot, but I find that it retains my body heat (at my lower back.)Now, if you have lower back problems where heat would help, and this happens, it's a bonus. However, my back needs support; the extra heat made me feel a bit uncomfortable. I looked to see if I had inadvertently bumped the seat heater, but I hadn't! Not a deal buster for me and until summer comes, I'll let it be, because, well... COLD WEATHER.Right now, I have it in place with the straps, but I think I may take the straps off of the seat and let the cushion do a free-float to see if I can make it fit "more perfectly."In any case, this is a decent useful product. I doubt that anything in this category can be perfect, because all of our backs are unique and the issues we want to address with a support cushion are all also specific to us. That all being said, a worthy buy. Make it work for YOU!

I let it air dry for about an hour as I normally do this with many things I buy for home and auto.I have to say this black lumbar support pillow is very sharp looking. The polyester material is heavy duty. The straps are nice and thick with buckles. The back of the pillow is perforated for ventilation while driving. The thickness of the pillow was just right. It is not too soft. It is firm to where it actually fills up the empty space at the base of your lower back. The firmness of the pillow is right on target. The seams are stitched well. I see no defects anywhere in the manufacture of this product. I can see it lasting a long time. I am very impressed with the TEEMOUR Lumbar Support Pillow.Lastly. I drive long distances for my work and can see a difference in the comfort factor. Now, you have to adjust your seat accordingly and the tilt as well for this product pushes you seating position forward. So once you make your adjustments to suit your needs, this product will serve its intended purpose. I really like it. I was also hoping it would make my high-back executive chair more comfortable for the long hours I spend at the computer. I think it works better for an office cushion than a car cushion. When using it in the car, it just made feel like it was pushing me toward the windshield. But as a cushion for my office chair, I quite like it - it makes me feel like it's improving my posture.
