Do not buy this phone, you have been warned.This phone has given me the worst cell service I have ever experienced. Probably because the onternal components and antenna are total garbage. Seems like it is unable to combine different carrier bands to give you aggregate service. Says it's compatible with a t and t but doesn't have many important career bands at the commonly broadcast on. The phone itself is pretty cool in terms of it being rugged and having excellent battery life. if only they knew how to design and how to build the phone internally so that it could actually deliver usable cell service.The way that you have to navigate to Go Back or forward is super annoying and not at all intuitive or intelligent.It doesn't even come with a camera app. So lame. Returning it asap

Phone works well

Have had it for a month. Works with T-Mobile SIM card. I was able to increase the memory with a mini SSD.Pros:BATTERY LIFE!!-I listen to rain sounds at night and books online for 8 hrs during the day. I also do very light gaming on it so it has held up pretty well. I've gone 3 days so far without having to charge it on very basic uses. I'm sure if I watched a movie on it I'd have less battery life.Durable- I go hiking a lot and drop it quite a bit so it has been very durable.CONS:Microphone - the microphone does not pick up very well and if you're holding it in your hand a lot of times your hand is covering where it's supposed to pick up your voice. There have been quite a few calls where I sound extremely muffled and it is annoying to my listener.Camera - not really able to do nighttime photos, even on its setting.

Bought this to replace my boyfriends phone that shattered.. This phone is durable and survived a cpl decent drops already, however it does lag and have issues connecting to the internet that my phone provider is not able to explain or assist with, even with them trying to replace the SIM card twice. It connects to the internet about 75% of the time, the other time it acts like the phone will only make calls and doesn't have internet service however there has been no change in my provider and never had this issue with the old phone.

Battery would not charge pass 40% battery power drops. Like a rock even not using it. It would not ring half the timeUpdate Amazon sent me a new phone this phone would reset over and over again support said it needed to update that made it worse could make a call it would reset during the call

Good replacement phone for half to a third less then buying from T-Mobile. Just move your Sim card over and your up and running
