I bought these for my son in law. He is an avid kayak fisherman. He seems to really enjoy these, or uses them often. His are being used for a phone mount on one side and a small fish finder on the other. Nothing really heavy goes on them so they have lasted.

These fit and function exactly as advertised. You will be drilling holes in your kayak. Assuming the mounting area is reasonably flat, these will lay flat with screw tension. VERY easy to install and VERY easy to use assuming your accessories are compatible. I used the paddle holder mount behind the seat and it functions perfectly.

Good product these seem just as durable or maybe more than the big name brand ones at a much better price. Come with all hardware to install, and every thing I have put in them slid in perfect. I actually bought another set for my sons kayak..

Good solid track for easy customization, easy to install

This track is very sturdy and well made, but the actual end-to-end length is 9 3/8". This could cause fitment issues on some kayaks. The frame is very rigid, so you will need to find a flat spot to mount them on your kayak. The usable track length is approximately 6.5" because one end is wider to accommodate inserting the T nuts/bolts.I tested the screws with a strong magnet and they are weakly magnetic, meaning they do appear to be stainless.If your mounting area can spare an extra 3/8" they're definitely worth the cost.

These seem like good quality for the value. I couldn't use them on our Old Town Loon 120 kayaks because the edge of the cockpit is a little too curved so these wouldn't lie quite flat enough, the flat area around the cockpit isn't wide enough/there's an overhanging lip that interferes with installation, making it so I can't secure more than one screw on the inner edge. These *might* work if they provided nuts and bolts instead of, or in addition to, the standard screws included, because then I could drill pilot holes and slip bolts in. But even with that, the slot for accessories would be too close to that overhanging lip to accommodate the accessories I got to mount on these rails. So, just make sure to measure the area you want to install tracks on before hand, and make sure there's enough to space to mount accessories on after that too!
