A great, easy to use product! If you’ve never tried tempeh this is a great place to start!

The tempeh is easy to cook (really you just heat it up) and the mild flavor is very good and not excessively spicy (most packaged food is just way too spicy these days, for some reason).It's a little pricy for the quantity, and the fulfillment was disastrous.However, I have not been able to find a consistent source of tempeh locally, so this fulfills a need for me by providing a new and different-tasting plant-based protein in a convenient form.

Sooo, I lightly brushed both sides with avocado oil, airfried on 375 for 6 minutes, toasted bread with plant butter, added primal kitchen garlic aioli sauce on both sides, shredded lettuce and tomato and yum. Haven't tried the other flavors, therefore not 5 stars just yet. It was slightly spicey but again, yum. Two pieces were enough for one sandwich, so a packet would make 3 sandwiches. Great value for price.

Right on the front of the package it says no refrigeration. I opened the package and tried a piece, closed up the package and put it in the cupboard . A couple weeks later I reopened the package to have some more and it was all moldy. They should maybe put on the package to refrigerate after opening, or eat the rast of it before x amount of time.

We tried two different varieties and they were completely bitter. We had to throw the entire dish away after one bite. Didn’t had a courage to try third one. Useless product.

I am vegetarian and I tried tempe at a restaurant and it was D-licous! I thought I would purchase these to recreate the flavor and try some new recipes at home. Unfortunately, I was unable to re-create the flavor of something (anything!) edible. I had read some harsh reviews and thought that maybe people weren't giving this thing a chance. I gave it a chance, tried it in different ways, fried, in sauces, plain, etc. and still it tasted like processed cardboard. Not plain cardboard, but cardboard with some chemical flavors. Not D-licious!

Very tasty and being shelf stable is so convenient. Cooks in 7 minutes in the air fryer.

This is a yummy and convenient way to get Tempeh. If you don’t know what it is you really shouldn’t buy it! It’s fermented and that’s the way it tastes. For people who know what it is and like the flavor this is very good and extremely convenient.
