As a member of the GreenPan kitchen team, I tested this product and I’m excited to share my review.This cookware set truly offers the best of both worlds! The stainless steel pieces are perfect for serious searing, providing even heat thanks to the 3-ply construction, which has really elevated my cooking. The nonstick frypans, made with GreenPan’s PFAS-free ceramic, make it easy to cook delicate or sticky foods without worry—and clean-up is a breeze! It’s durable, safe, and versatile—highly recommended for anyone who loves cooking with quality and health in mind.

The media could not be loaded. My partner has another similarly shaped chef's pan that he LOVES (seriously, he calls it his "favorite pan"). BUT it's made of traditional nonstick (PTFE), which I don't love.This stainless steel pan from Bobby Flay and GreenPan is the perfect nontoxic replacement. It's deep -- perfect for his stir-fries and pasta. It sears really nicely and I love the sleek look. The straight, slender handle is rather elegant, with a comfortable grip. The Bobby Flay "BF" logo is understated. The helper handle on the size is also handy. Love that it comes with a glass lid for visibility!(P.S. Please make a larger 5qt version!! I will buy it!)

I purchased this for every day cooking. I love this pan. I love that it's actually 12 inches (not 11). The non-stick is excellent. BUT...I would change two things, Bobby Flay. I would make the handle ergonomic and I would add a helper handle for those of us with arthritis. It is a good, heavy pan.

I got this pan in the mail yesterday and have already put it to use. I have used it for searing steaks and sauteing veggies with ease. I was a little worried that the handle would get too hot, but I have had no issues with it at all! This is truly a stay-cool handle. Even with the mess, this skillet wipes free of any messes. I would recommend this collection to anybody who is looking for a great stainless steel pan. Plus, it looks great in my kitchen!

I was able to get my hands on Bobby Flay's new Chefs Pan and I could not be more pleased with it. I made some mashed potatoes with this pan, and its durability was impressive. The handle was comfortable and the fact that I can use my metal utensils without damaging the pan is great! Best part about this pan is that it is easy to clean, and I could even throw it in the dishwasher. Highly recommend this for anyone!

This pan is awesome! It feels really durable and is thoughtfully designed with features such as a glass lid and silicone handle. I love the tall, rounded sides so nothing gets stuck in the corners. The size is perfect too as it doesn’t overflow off the burner but still has significant capacity.

Great pan great heat no sticking and easy to clean. Handle is great. Only issue is that it is heavy due to size and stainless steel

Fresh out of the box and I see very noticeable scrapes and scratches. I don't understand why. Possible need better packaging.It's on the heavy side but that is not a deal breaker for me I just can't get over the scratches.
