I wanted something a little firmer than a pillow to support my lumbar when I'm using my inversion board. I ran across this and figured that I would give it a shot. I used Velcro to attach it to my older Teeter inversion board and it really does the trick! I invert to about a 60 degree angle with this positioned on my lumbar and it really increases the stretch. It's very well made out of thick plastic. So much so that I had a little trouble getting it set in the middle setting. The plastic is thick so it takes some muscle to get it to bend. Overall, I'm really happy with this purchase.

Update: I returned the product due to incorrect shipment/packaging and see the price increased by $5!!! Shame on this seller!The product itself is fine but do not bother ordering the 2 pack, you’ll only receive one item. Very disappointing.

I've had a number of spinal surgeries and now a chiropractor won't touch me because of all the work that's been done. But this back stretcher is a God send.

I haven’t tried it yet so I won’t comment on whether it works or not. The description says 2 pack. The picture shows 2 devices. I only received one. Seems like false advertising.

This device is easy to put together and also to change adjustments. I started out on the lowest height and after a week moved up to the middle height. Its great for stretching stiff lower backs.

I've ordered the two pack but keep receiving only one. This has happened twice. Don't know if I trust this company anymore. Items seems somewhat sturdy but haven't used it.

There are 3 different height adjustments to the back stretcher. I have tried the highest and the lowest adjustments. For beginners the lowest is a good start and helps relieve back pain.
