Really love the design and the fun slogan on the side — “Be Cool, Be Free” adds personality to the chair. It arrived well-packaged with everything in perfect condition. The instructions were clear, and assembly was straightforward. The chair is sturdy, supportive, and the footrest is a great touch for relaxing. Comfortable for long hours at the desk, but slightly limited recline ability. Size is moderate, and aligns pretty well. Not very hard floor friendly. Overall, great value and looks even better in person!

I had no idea that this chair would require so much assembly BUT it was extremely easy. It took about 40mins and I did follow the instructions which were very clear. They included all necessary parts, a pack of spare parts and the best allen wrench/hex key that I have ever used!The quality is surprisingly high (this isn’t our first gaming chair) compared to other brands and rolls well on high pile carpet.The chair feels sturdy and supportive (I tested the chair before giving to my son and am 5’7” and 180lbs) Before sitting, I do recommend making sure the recline is in locked position as it caught me off guard but offered impressive recline! The chair size itself is also impressive, offering a wide profile and enough lift for my 6’ tall son.

Extremely comfortable chair with a sturdy feel, but with a few worrying caveats, which is why I can't give it 5 stars.The chair itself seems extremely well made, and to my lament's eyes when putting it together, had some well made bolts and materials holding it together. However, I found out a week later, and roughly every few weeks afterwards, that the bolts would continually loosen, forcing me to constantly have to keep the tools on-hand to retighten them again. For reference, I'm 200lbs UNDER the rated weight of this chair, so this was an issue I'm very surprised I'm having.On the service side, this chair comes with 2 adjustable pillows, and the elastic strap on one of mine was severed and broke before I even got to use it the first time. I contacted Amazon, who told me my options were to disassemble the entire thing and send it back, or to directly contact the manufacturers of this chair. After being given two different emails to contact them, both eventually came back as unrecognized emails. I probably wasn't going to use one of these often anyways, but it's still something for any future customers to be aware of.

Just finished assembling this chair and I’m impressed! The instructions were clear, parts were well-labeled, and setup was smooth. The chair feels sturdy, comfortable, and stylish—perfect for long work or gaming sessions. Definitely worth it!

Order Placed July 2, 2020. Review Submitted June 6, 2024.I don't have a good enough camera to provide pictures (and I am lazy), but I ordered the pink chair and it arrived exactly as it appears in the photo. At the time there was a delay in shipping or a miscommunication with the delivery because I was notified that the chair had been delivered but it showed up a few days later. I still received the chair so I was happy, put the thing together and rolled it to my desk where I have used it daily for the past 4 years. Its always held up great, I can lay in it if I prop my legs up and I feel stable and secure that the chair wont give out under me. After 2 years or so I got uncomfortable sitting on it and bought a pillow to sit on it with. Eventually that pillow got uncomfortable too, now I am on the thinner side so I don't have as much natural cushioning for the chair and as a gamer I guess I just sit for too long and that is why its uncomfortable. As of right now 2024 I no longer use that pillow and the chair is just as comfortable, stable and colorful as it was the day it arrived. Not to mention its easy to clean if you spill drinks on it. The supports are adjustable so if I need to stretch I can use the attached pillows... and overall its a lightweight chair, I am not very strong so lifting it is important if I want to move it between rooms or clean under my desk.Moral of the story great chair. Sad to see its currently unavailable but I love it and don't plan on needing a different one anytime soon.

Nice looking chair. Reclines well and lumbar back support is sufficient. Seat pad is not too comfy, hence the 3 stars. Sitting a Long time in a gaming chair, you start to feel it. I do not recommend this product for an adult. Maybe a child that doesn’t weigh, due to long sitting comfort.

Awesome gaming chair! Easy to put together and seems well made! Nice large size and super comfy for the all the time gamer or office chair. Happy purchase!

This gaming chair is, in my opinion, too expensive for the quality you get. The faux leather material is decent, but the plastic is incredibly cheap and started to chip away/crack within the mere 1 week I used it. I ultimately went through the pains of returning it because I knew it wouldn’t last as long as I wanted it to, and it is far too large to fit in my bedroom (or potentially move in the future.) Despite returning it almost an entire month ago, I still have yet to receive a refund or any word at all from Amazon or the seller. If you are considering purchasing this, please consider buying a desk chair somewhere else and don’t get scammed—in person, if possible; if not, a more reputable brand. It is not worth the money or the stress of potentially returning it.If you do bite the bullet and purchase the chair, I would urge you to keep the box it comes in (and all paperwork, including shipping labels, etc.), because I very ignorantly recycled the large box it came in and had to pay premium for a box large enough to send it back (on top of the fact that I have yet to receive a refund).I will gladly revise this review, raise my product rating, and take back my comments about this brand/seller being untrustworthy if they finally issue me a refund. Otherwise, I want to urge everyone to spend your hard-earned money elsewhere! I am currently out $200 and without a desk chair for online college classes and work. Please be careful, everyone.
