If you want to find a way to have more energy this is it, taste like apple juice and sour gummy’s in one and in a good way, I rated four stars because I had a leaking in the bottle, when I saw other reviews I noticed some people had the same problem, idk the leakage felt like slowly loosing my moneys worth, highly recommend keeping in a leak safe bottle, fyi you can put it into the refrigerator or a cabinet and ONLY use the cap as the measurement!!! Would by again if there was no leak😁👍

Noticed the effects after the second dose. I have to take it after breakfast as it kills my appetite for the rest of the day but my energy levels are great. I've lost 2 pounds in a week. I'm amazed by how well it works.

I had high hopes for this item. I experienced zero energy increases and no weight loss the first week. The second week an after, I doubled the dosage hoping for some good results. Still felt no energy change but started gaining weight and had diarrhea. I will say that even though it smells horrible, the taste is not bad.
