25 CASCABEL Hot pepper Seeds,aka Rattle chili,Great for Drying,,Mexican Cuisine

I ordered there in August. I was skeptical about making this purchase at first as there weren't any reviews available.After looking around for a while and finding that Cascabel seeds aren't being sold anywhere, not even through any personal, small business growers, I decided to bite the bullet for this expensive packet with additionally paid shipping.When I got the seeds they were all dark in color so I sowed them all immediately in various methods. To this point, nothing has sprouted.
