Brilliant bit of kit, works perfectly!
Honestly, right out of the box, I'm very impressed with this ring. It's super light, fits really well, and I can already tell it's going to be incredibly useful. The setup was a piece of cake. I was worried there might be some faffing about, but my Revolut Visa linked to it straight away. I had downloaded the Curve app as a backup just in case, which was also easy to sort, but I didn't even need it in the end.I obviously had to test it straight away, so I popped to a shop, tapped the ring on the terminal, and it worked perfectly first time. No messing about, just a quick and easy payment. The other cool feature is the NFC thing for sharing details. I used an app to make a quick digital business card with my phone number on it and linked that to the ring. Now, if I need to give someone my number, I can just tap my ring on their phone and it pops up for them to save. Really handy. The only slight niggle was the sizing guide. The sizer has US numbers on it, which isn't much help in the UK where we use letters. I managed to work it out by using my UK letter size as a guide, but it should be made a lot clearer what the numbers mean when you're ordering. But apart from that, it's a fantastic and reasonably priced gadget. Based on my first day with it, if you're thinking about getting one, I'd definitely say go for it.

Shattered Ring review update
I’m going to be honest I first reviewed this item negatively. I received a shattered ring which led me to having a negative opinion of it. I was having difficulty getting it returned and sorted which only compounded my feelings towards it. Cnick reached out to me and couldn’t have been more helpful. They followed up with me and supplied me with a replacement. This has completely changed my original opinion. Originally I felt item was flimsy but the new complete ring feels much better. Knowing it’s ceramic you will still have to marginally careful with it but it feels well made. It looks really good. Slim and nice on the finger and fits really well. I ordered the ring size guide first to make sure I ordered properly. Setting up the ring with the curve app was simple and it worked first try. Really like it and pleased with its function. Impressed with the company and their service. They couldn’t have been more helpful. If anything fell left down with Amazons part in the transaction hence the docking of a star. Otherwise well worth it.

First ring was faulty, replacment works perrfectly
Had to return the first ring that shipped, as it only seemed to work intermittently before stopping completely. I nearly gave up on the ring payment concept, but decided to try a replacement just in case... and I'm really glad I did.The replacement ring works perfectly, I haven't hard a single card reader fail; although some older card readers may require you to take off the ring and hold that against them. I've only experienced this in 1 shop though. Consider going a half size larger so you can take the ring off easily for these older card readers.I used the Curve app to link the ring to my payment card. I was also able to link my Garmin watch to my account by the Curve app also. The ring looks great, it's water proof so I never have to take it off. If you're like me and occasionally forget you wallet when leaving the house this product is a great solution for you.

Warning! read and research before you buy.
Connected the ring to my iPhone and then tried to connect a card to it via the downloaded app only to find that none of my banks (Visa included) accept payments in this way. It seems the only way to do it it to download yet another app "Curve payments" which offers a range of "plans", most of which require a montly payment of some kind. Curve is an app of the "wallet" genre which will require you to enter details of any card that you want to use with your ring. Suddenly, instinctively, I'm very cautious about sharing personal data with an unknown data farmer. Read the article on curve on Wikipedia and visit the curve website before you buy. My device is on its way back to Amazon!I've come back to add something that embarasses me to say the least. I has just occured to me that when trying to add a card, i've given them the card details plus the security code. I can't use curve but they now have my card security details. take care!!

Brillant
Firstly, the ring looks way better in the flesh. Well made, thin so not bulky on the finger and lovely finish. Takes no time at all to activate using fidesmo, literally seconds. I have my bank card registered on Curve app and the ring works flawlessly every time. Just remember to make a fist and tap your knuckle on the card reader, not the ring. Its a brilliant bit of kit.

Samsung pay customers read first
Product looks nice enough, fits well and is really lightweight. So I’m guessing it will be comfortable to wear. However, I have not actually had chance to use this ring yet,The reason being is it is advertised that you can connect your curve account to the ring. But if you are a Samsung pay customer already using curve, you cannot.According to curve(which has a pretty slow customer service_ they say that in order to use the curve account they need to cancel your current account and remove the Samsung pay option for you to reset up a standard Qu33r pay account in order to then link that card with the ring.Pretty annoying as the CNICK website doesn’t really help much.I am now still waiting on curve to sort the issue out so hopefully I can get on with using the ringUpdate (or lack of) just over 3 weeks since buying the ring, still not sorted. curve “customer services” is horrendous. Can’t actually speak to anyone, so have to doit all over email. Last email I sent was over a week ago, with still no reply. Complaint made. No response.
