Nice massager that can sit in your work chair, recliner or on the sofa. I do think the headrest is a little low on the back but it is removable and I just take it off. This is great for a work chair or just to use to relax in the evening. It offers heat, massage and vibration. My husband and son like to use it in the recliner after the gym. I will use it in my work chair.

I had to find the right chair for it. But once the seat was positioned, it works great. Very relaxing. I like the options to have specific areas of the back targeted. Well worth the price.
