just what was needed for Damascus knives.

I use this product for etching/darkening knives, works like a charm especially in pattern welded steel, but also to reveal temper lines in hardened steel, useful when restoring vintage axes or blades.My order was lost in the mail to no fault of the seller, I reached out to them explaining the situation and a replacement was at my door in a matter of days. Worked great on brass plates.

The product etches copper beautifully esp when citric acid is added. It works on brass as well

Use this on Damascus knives I make. It works well, but I may actually have to cut it down some more. I have already cut it in half with distilled water. Seems to be very strong stuff !! No complaints from me about anything. It shipped and was packaged well, and it works great. Will not need any more for a very long time.

Great product. Only issue is the way it was shipped. It was in a plastic bag tightly in a box. The solution was all over the inside of the bag. Not a very neat and clean product to open.
