⭐ This set includes 20 solid colours of PLA filament, each 5 metres long, totalling 100 metres. The colours are wound onto small reels for tidy storage, which I really like, making them easy to use. I find the variety of colours suitable for crafting with my 3D pen, and the colour range is acceptable. The included finger protectors are a very welcome addition, as my personal experience with not using them has been painful when working with hot melted plastic. The protectors seem a little flimsy though, so I am unsure how durable they are. ⭐ The PLA extrudes well without clogging and, according to specification, is made from polylactic acid, ensuring no bubbles during use. Although the product appears to be of decent quality, I’ve noticed that the filament can sometimes require a bit of support as it feeds into the pen. This isn't unusual for 3D pens, which can be challenging to use at times, so I don’t view this as a major issue with the product itself. The filament can always be cut into smaller lengths as required. ⭐ For the price, I remember when filament was very expensive, but the price has come down considerably, and I feel this expectation should be reflected in the set price. Nevertheless, I do like the colour spread, so I suppose you can’t have everything. Beyond 3D pen use, the good colour spread of these plastic rods makes them suitable for other crafting projects, which I plan to explore. Overall, this is a solid set of filaments for 3D art creation, and I am pleased to have them. ✔️
