I found that one cube wasn’t enough to get things moving but 2 did the trick. I find the taste quite pleasant and rather like eating dried figs. The cubes are quite big but eat them in small pieces and then it is easy to wash them down with a big glug of water. Each cube is well wrapped in paper.
