Z-MANCBJH38-04 Chatterbait Jack Hammer 3/8 oz Green Shad

I was skeptical but when all three of us had on chatter baits the z-man custom vs. z-man original, vs z-man jackhammer all white baits, I’m telling you I caught 10 times more bass. I even took this thing into salt water and caught small stripers with it. I recommend using braid to fluorocarbon leader worked the best for me. I run a small local Bass Tournament and just bought this the last two tournaments and won first place both. I’am stocking up on these this year. I know there expensive and you watch tons of videos and read tons of reviews I do the same but trust me this lure will make or break your fishing if you don’t have this one in your tackle box. Don’t listen to the reviews I’ve literally proved this is the best chatterbait on the market. Match this up though with a thin bait everyone uses the kietechs swim baits I don’t like them too much profile. I use lunker hunts minnows and cut heads off they work amazing and look so real my favorite is the perch style bait. Trust me the price is worth the lure. Last tournament I picked up this 6.6 pound monster and a total of 15.7 pound 5 fish by myself and was throwing fish back. Get it

Catches a lot of big bass

I have used the cheaper chatterbaits and haven’t ever caught anything on them. Other reviews said it was worth the money and they were not wrong. I think this lure starts chattering the instant it hits the water and my very first cast got a nice 2.5 lb bass in a lake I haven’t had many bites for awhile now and nothing over a pound since mid summer. Very pleased with this lure.

Slow roll through the grass line, rip the reel handle when it binds to break it through the grass, feel the strike immediately following, set hook, and enjoy the fight!

This is a great bladed bait.

Worth the price. Quality made and will outlast the cheaper alternatives

You cannot go wrong with this lure. It catches bass and catfish. Unlike budget, model chatterbaits the hook is sharp and angled perfectly. The biggest difference is that this starts vibrating as soon as you start reeling it in whereas other require a couple of feet of burning to get them going.

Excellent action and excellent materials in the lure as compared to regular chatterbait…. Still a bit pricey or I’d go 5 stars
